If you’ve ever dreamed of a land where the craft beer flows freely and picking up the phone can get a growler to your room, your wish will soon be granted. Stone Brewing Company is planning to open the Stone Hotel in Escondido, California across from its brewery/restaurant.
Some might remember that in 2011, we let the public know #StoneHotel was on the horizon. Today we are thrilled to announce that #StoneBrewing is partnering with @UntitledHospitality to develop Stone Hotel, across the street from our Escondido brewery, slated to open in the first quarter of 2018! The hotel is set to open in 2018, and according to a press release it’s going to be all craft beer all the time. On the driveway there will be an “artistic display” of beer flowing from a tap to the Citracado Parkway. “Alongside rare historical Stone memorabilia, the watchful eye of the gargoyle will be discretely on guard throughout the hotel, and Stone beers will be available upon a moment’s notice.”
Guests will receive a complimentary beer upon check-in, and growlers will be available for room service. Unique casks and special-release beers will be available at three onsite bars, and though no details about any food are available yet, the release promises “a unique culinary experience to complement that of the neighboring Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Escondido.”
