The event on March 1 “will feature a dynamic group of speakers addressing issues in sustainable food and farming,” which obviously means the popular consensus of chefs would send Colicchio to represent them. Other speakers to talk during “Changing the Way We Eat”: David Binkle, the director of Food Services at Los Angeles Unified School District, Alison Cayne, owner of Manhattan recreational cooking school Haven’s Kitchen, and Andrew Gunther, program director of Animal Welfare Approved.
We can’t wait to see what Colicchio rages on at TedxManhattan. And we can watch it live here!
