In this extra from the DVD box set of Archer, ladies’ man Sterling Archer and science nerd Alton Brown cook the most decadent recipe to ever be written by an international spy, Eggs Woodhouse. It’s essentially Eggs Florentine with Périgord truffles, Beluga caviar, Pata Negra ham, and Kashmiri saffron, a.k.a. Something Only Spies Can Eat.
You could spend the $130 to make these on your own, or you could just watch these two guys try to get along long enough to cook them. (Spoiler alert: they don’t. Spoiler alert number two: someone dresses as a cutesy little molecule, because Alton Brown made them do it.)
What? What’s that? You can’t poach eggs? You don’t know Eggs 101?
