Sunday bring the season finale of another great year of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. The final stop is, of course, Buenos Aires, Argentina. A lot of Argentina is rural, but Buenos Aires is a bustling, cosmopolitan city. It’s heavily influenced by Europe and has beautiful architecture, great food, and excellent shopping. It also has pretty moderate weather year round. Except in the summer. Then it’s just really, really hot with no respite pretty much anywhere. During those weeks, there’s a mass exodus from the city to places like Uruguay. And that’s when Anthony Bourdain likes it best.
