In the second part of their three-part Hawaiian adventure series running in reverse order (for some reason), Roy Choi and Christina Tosi learn how to make malasadas, a type of island cream-filled doughnut similar to a beignet, at the legendary Leonard’s in Honolulu. While Tosi looks like she’s in her element here (hello, three generations of Leonards making things with sugar!), just take some time to watch Choi continually eat malasadas (and tool around with the tiniest ball of dough, ever). It’s sort of hilarious.
