If your answer was “Out of an angel’s ass,” then you’d be half right. Lucky Peach recently put up this video, where Christina Tosi makes an enormous, industrial-sized batch of Momofuku Milk Bar’s famous compost cookies. To make as many cookies as she does in this one video, you’re going to need 1) a few dozen eggs, 2) pounds of butter, 3) many large bags of chips and pretzels, and 4) Type 1 diabetes. Oh, and 5) a machine to perfectly portion all of your cookies. Grumble grumble normal cookie cutters suck.
