And lo, did Homaro Cantu hurtle down the highways of Chicago, with a truck full of sour-tasting foods and pallets full of miracle berries, and a cameraman in the face of his general manager, filming another episode of CookING Under Pressure. The episode goes on after that (promoting his cookbook with a food truck, going on radio shows, exploding things, and having his crew back at ING Restaurant make a menu based on the taste-rewiring miracle berry), but we’ll say this for sure: this is the Tarantino-iest web show we’ve seen about food, with a soupçon of nerdiness. Also, watching people eat miracle berries for the first time is so much fun.
