In New York City families might spend a nice day picnicking in Central Park. In Los Angeles, you go hiking. In Buenos Aires, Argentina, families like to gather together at the airport to watch planes land. They set up tables and chairs and make a day of it. Beer in hand, Anthony Bourdain makes like an Argentine person and partakes.
In the season finale of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, we’ll explore Argentina’s “quirky” capital, Buenos Aires. The city “looks like no other place, and it feels unlike any other.” Though beautiful, it has a “mournful, sad, sweet quality” that Bourdain likes. The preview also feels like any other; we don’t get as much as we have in the past.
