The Daily Wire Is Making Its Own Snow White Movie to Counter ‘Woke’ Disney Film Starring Latina

The conservative media outlet Daily Wire is now in the moviemaking business because someone needed to counter the unacceptable “wokeness” in Hollywood that threatens the very fabric of America by casting people who aren’t white and straight in things. And its first full-length offering: Snow White and the Evil Queen.
This is just a teaser, but it is very dramatic. We see a forest. We see woodland creatures. We see a faceless young woman walking through this forest singing a little melody (but not one like you’d hear in a Disney movie, no, not at all, too woke). The woman stops, the camera tilts up. She is revealed… and to the relief of so many people angered by past Disney casting choices, she is White.

Because she is Snow White, and according to this particular brand of conservative filmgoer, she is required to be White. Not Woke. It’s not called Snow WOKE.
Snow White and the Evil Queen is the brainchild of Ben Shapiro, who was just baffled by how anyone could cast anything but a White actress as the title role of Snow White. So what did he do? He had a whole damn movie made! To prove a point! Because Ben Shapiro is the co-founder of the Daily Wire and the Bentkey app, which promises kid-friendly content with absolutely no gays in it and only the correct races of people. As an added middle finger, he launched it on the 100th anniversary of Disney Entertainment. (Pffft, 100 years. America has lasted like a million more years than that.)
This Snow White is played by Brett Cooper, who used to be an actor before becoming a conservative YouTuber. And now she’s acting again. Not to prove a point! But to play a beloved (straight, white) fairytale princess. According to Deadline, Cooper said:
I was raised on the original Grimms’ Fairy Tales, so I’m thrilled that we’re bringing this iconic story to life for the next generation. Snow White is such a beautiful character, and I’m honored to be playing her. Like all the best fairy tales, this is a story with timeless values, like love, friendship, and kindness, and I can’t wait to share them.
Jeremy Boreing, CEO of the Daily Wire and writer of the not-Disney song we hear in the teaser, told the Daily Wire staff “It’s a story about a princess and a prince, about beauty and vanity, about love and its power to raise us from death to life. It’s our own adaptation of an ancient fairy tale.”
But of course, he had to remind everyone why the movie was made in the first place:
Boreing took a swipe today at Disney’s upcoming Snow White movie starring Rachel Zegler. Without providing specific evidence, Boreing claimed the House of Mouse’s film “will expose children to the popular but destructive lies of the current moment.”
“While Disney still uses Walt [Disney’s] name, they have all but abandoned his legacy,” he claimed. “It’s taken 100 years to build Disney. We know we aren’t what they are today, but we hope in time we might become what they were once upon a time: a little studio with big ideas and the courage to chase them.”
While the title mentions an evil queen, there is no indication of casting yet. It could be an evil drag queen, but let’s not give Bentkey too much credit. (Besides, the Moms for Liberty-types would never want kids to watch a drag queen, not even one characterized as evil.) Also no mention of any dwarves, because another complaint about the new Disney movie was a different, less offensive way to treat little people. So this movie had better have dwarves and here are their possible names: Ghostly, Fluey, Pallory, Zombie, Chalky, Ivory, and White.
