Conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s books and podcasts are dominating almost every chart platform in the country, from Amazon to Spotify, just days after he was assassinated at a Utah Valley University speaking event.

As of Monday, Kirk’s podcast, The Charlie Kirk Show, sits at No. 1 on Apple and tops Spotify’s trending podcast rankings.

Over at Amazon, his forthcoming book, Stop, in the Name of God: Why Honoring the Sabbath Will Transform Your Life, has overtaken upcoming releases by former Vice President Kamala Harris and Eric Trump to the top of Amazon’s sales charts on pre-orders alone, three months before its release in December.

Other older titles have also surged. The College Scam, Kirk’s 2022 broadside against higher education, ranks No. 5 on Amazon, while the audiobook of his 2020 manifesto, The MAGA Doctrine, is No. 2 on Audible and No. 4 on Apple.

The wave of consumption is not limited to Kirk’s own output. Conservative rapper Tom MacDonald’s tribute song “CHARLIE” ranks No. 6 internationally on iTunes and No. 1 on

the U.S. iTunes chart.

The surge comes as Kirk, his wife Erika Kirk, and the conservative advocacy organization he co-founded, Turning Point USA, collectively gained over 23 million additional followers across social media platforms and YouTube channels. On Instagram Kirk’s following surged from 6.9 million on Wednesday to 12.2 million on Monday in a staggering 77% jump.

Kirk was fatally shot on Wednesday during a Q&A speaking event in Utah. The suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was arrested on Sept. 12 after a 33-hour manhunt. He is being held without bail and faces formal charges including aggravated murder.
