As the NFL continues to reel from the controversies surrounding Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice’s domestic violence charge and Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson’s indictment for child endangerment, reports are coming in that yet another running back, this time Arizona Cardinals’ Jonathan Dwyer has been arrested for a domestic violence-related incident.

According to Pheonix’s KTAR News, Dwyer was pulled from practice and brought to Phoenix police headquarters on Wednesday to answer questions regarding a domestic violence investigation. That report claims that Dwyer has not yet been charged with any crimes related to the case.
Update — 5:57 p.m. ET: CBS News has confirmed that Dwyer was arrested and that charges include aggravated assault and preventing someone from calling 911:
