‘Anti-Christ’: NY Daily News Burns Trump with Flaming Cover Over Pope Francis Fight
Donald Trump is now fighting with the holiest man on Earth, so naturally, the New York Daily News had to get in on his war of words with Pope Francis.
The paper hasn’t been very flattering with its coverage of Trump, having attacked him for his proposed Muslim ban, his support from ‘mindless zombies,’ and many other issues of controversy. The Holy Father said Thursday that Trump’s border wall obsession indicated that he perhaps was “not a Christian.” Trump’s response? The Pontiff would rue the day that President Trump was not there to protect the Vatican from ISIS. So, it only makes sense that the Daily News would dish out one of its signature provocative covers to mark the firestorm:
