You technically can’t have a Black Friday without a Thanksgiving to precede it, right? Wrong. As of 2013, the post-holiday day of sales madness has spread across the Atlantic Ocean to the United Kingdom.
While non-Americans (and plenty of Americans) enjoy making fun of Yankees for the big sale day, it turns out we’re not the only ones that get into vicious fights and stampedes over $98 TV sets and discounted GPS devices.
Footage on YouTube shows British shoppers squabbling over various sale items at an Asda Colinade superstore in an unidentified part of the England.
