‘Blowout’: Kellyanne Conway Calls Trump’s Election Victory a ‘Landslide’ and ‘Historic’
Earlier today, nearly three weeks after Election Day, Michigan finally confirmed that Donald Trump had won the popular vote in the state and would thus be awarded the states 16 electoral votes. This puts the final tally in the Electoral College at 306 for Trump and 232 for Hillary Clinton.

In response to this news, Trump campaign manager and senior adviser Kellyanne Conway sent out the following tweet.
306. Landslide. Blowout. Historic. https://t.co/ObYZDo8cBq

Considering the fact that Clinton currently leads in the national popular vote by roughly 2.2 million votes and recounts are being initiated in three states, not to mention that Barack Obama won by larger Electoral College margins in 2008 and 2012, Conway received some mocking on Twitter:
@KellyannePolls Definitely historic.

Not a landslide and not a blowout, when he lost the popular vote by more than 2 million votes. @KellyannePolls https://t.co/Qt9ifGuUpi

That's not a landslide. But you knew that. https://t.co/0GIF1bT3fw

Loose definition of landslide given that more people voted for the other person in the race. Electoral landslide though, possibly. https://t.co/erDlpyre7H
