T.J. Lane, a convicted school shooter, and two other inmates escaped from the Allen County Correctional Institution in Ohio Thursday night. One of them has since been captured, but Lane and the other inmate are still on the run.
The Lima Police Department posted the following warning to Facebook about the escape:
There is, of course, a manhunt underway by local authorities for the escaped inmates. Lane was convicted for killing three students at Chardon High School two years ago. He brought the gun to school and opened fire in the cafeteria. Lane showed up in court wearing a t-shirt with the word “killer” on it and pled guilty. He was given three life sentences without parole.
