As we previously reported, Carrie Fisher suffered a heart attack on a flight on December 23 and medical professionals onboard leapt into action in an effort to save her. Now, her family is searching for those heroes, according to TMZ.
The unknown passengers administered CPR and “worked like crazy” to save her. Her family reportedly believes that had they not acted so quickly (in spite of the fact that Fisher’s pulse was undetectable for ten minutes), they would not have had the chance to say their goodbyes in the days following.
They plan to speak to United to find out who the passengers are so they can thank them appropriately.
