Clinton Campaign Manager Says He Wasn’t Aware of Brazile Leaking Debate Questions
Hillary Clinton‘s campaign manager Robby Mook appeared on The View today. Right away, Jedediah Bila asked him about interim DNC chair Donna Brazile, who has been let go by CNN for seeming to pass debate questions along to Clinton.
Mook claimed not to have read any of the hacked emails that implicate her — or any of the emails being released by Wikileaks at all — and when pressed, admitted that he just didn’t know whether questions had gotten to Clinton ahead of events.
He pointed out that even Bernie Sanders admitted his emails wouldn’t be very nice to look at it if they were hacked and that his campaign manager confirmed they, too, had been in contact with Brazile.
“I am not aware of any questions getting fed in,” he finally said. “Look: Here’s the other thing that I’ll say. Hillary Clinton is tough. She can take on Bernie Sanders, she can take on Donald Trump; she doesn’t need to be fed anything.”
“That I believe!” chimed in Joy Behar.
