Watch Rep. Omar Snipe at CNN’s Manu Raju For Asking About Tweets: ‘What is Wrong With You?!’
CNN congressional correspondent Manu Raju asked Congresswoman Ilhan Omar about her response to President Donald Trump today and got an earful in response.
Both Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have said her apology for tweets perpetuating anti-Semitic tropes was not adequate. POTUS said she should resign, while Pence said if she doesn’t she should be removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Omar responded to Trump in a tweet today saying, “You have trafficked in hate your whole life.”

Raju tweeted this afternoon that he asked her about the back-and-forth, but both times he tried to ask a question she “angrily” responded:
Rep. Ilhan Omar in no mood to talk about her controversies this week. First, she said: “No thank you” when asked to comment on Trump saying she should resign. Second time I saw her, she yelled: “Are you serious?” when I tried to question her.

Asked about her tweet this AM attacking Trump for trafficking in hate, she angrily said: “Yes I tweeted, and there’s a response. You can run that. Have a nice day.” And she walked into a meeting
