There’s still two full months to go before Stephen Colbert‘s Late Show airs its first episode on Tuesday, September 8. In the interim, we’ve had to make do with the former Comedy Central show host’s YouTube videos and occasional viral-y stunts. Meanwhile, the Ed Sullivan Theater’s redesign has been ongoing since David Letterman left the building.
According to Twitter user Chris O’Leary, however, the theater’s famous marquee is currently decorated with Colbert’s best “draw me like one of your French girls” pose — except with pizza:

Sure, it’s a temporary sign, but it’s providing great publicity for Angelo’s. Also, the banner offers New Yorkers (and now the Internet) two free images of Colbert posing with a rather large slice aiming straight for his mouth. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say there’s some Photoshop potential in this.
