DOJ Civil Rights Division, FBI Conducting Inquiry Into Chapel Hill Shooting

There has been some dispute over whether it was a hate crime or if the shooting of the three Muslim students was just the result of a parking dispute. The sister of one of the victims said to blame a parking dispute is “insulting and outrageous.”
