Bruce Miller, who was released by the San Francisco 49ers earlier this week, is now facing seven felony charges stemming from an incident in which he’s alleged to have beaten a 70-year-old man.
The San Jose Mercury News reports that Miller stands accused of assaulting the man and his son while drunk at a San Francisco hotel.
According to The Mercury News, charging documents revealed that Miller is alleged to have actually beat the 70-year-old man with his own cane. Earlier reports indicated that the elderly man suffered broken bones in his face.
The surveillance video above, via KTVU, shows Miller at another hotel shortly after the alleged assault with his face bloodied. He’s also seen vomiting in the footage.
The 49ers released Miller on Monday shortly after he was arrested.
