Financial Pundit Claims To Know Donald Trump’s Big Announcement: The Obamas’ Divorce Papers
Donald Trump recently teased his super duper big announcement about President Barack Obama — and ahead of his reveal, CNBC contributor and hedge fund president Douglas Kass claimed he knows what the whole thing is about: the president and first lady’s divorce papers.
Kass tweeted about it on Tuesday morning:
Asked about it, Trump spokeswoman Holly Lorenzo told The Daily Mail: “All we know is that he is going to announce it on his Twitter and Facebook accounts tomorrow. I don’t know what time it will be, that’s all I know.” Earlier, a Trump adviser did say it’s “substantially more important to the American people” than allegations involving the president and cocaine.
Trump spoke of his “big announcement” on Monday’s Fox & Friends. Without going into detail, he said, “I know one thing, you will cover it in a very big fashion” — going on to add, “It’s very big. Bigger than anybody would know.”
The divorce assertions aren’t entirely new. In his biography of the president, Ed Klein claimed that Michelle Obama considered divorce.
We’d say Kass’ theory is just about as plausible as any of these other ones. Get those guesses in, everyone.
