Fox News Will Launch a 24/7 SiriusXM News Channel

fox newsFox News and SiriusXM today announced the upcoming launch of “Fox News Headlines 24/7,” a channel that will bring the news and resources of Fox News to satellite radio.

A press release today says Fox’s Senior Vice President of News Jay Wallace will oversee the channel, which will be helmed by a team of Fox News journalists, contributors, etc.

Roger Ailes said, “By creating this new news offering, we’re aiming to provide FOX News viewers and satellite radio subscribers the opportunity to stay informed with the latest headlines and breaking news from the network they have come to rely on and trust.”

Fox already has three Sirius XM channels, two of which are simulcasts of Fox News and Fox Business Network, and the third one is FOX News Talk, home to the radio shows of Brian Kilmeade, Alan Colmes, and other Fox faces.

The new channel will launch this fall.
