It’s the moment that Patriots fans have been waiting for ever since NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell imposed the four-game suspension on quarterback Tom Brady for his role in the deflategate scandal.
The Patriots fans in Houston’s NRG Stadium, giddy from the 28-3 comeback their team had just completed, were merciless in their treatment of Goodell, booing him out of the building.
Even owner Robert Kraft didn’t let Goodell off the hook.
“A lot has transpired in the last two years,” Kraft said. “And I don’t think that needs any explanation.”
