Remember last year when country musician Hank Williams Jr. likened President Barack Obama to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler during an uncomfortable Fox & Friends interview?
Well, he’s back. And he still has some aggressive things to say about the president.
During a Friday evening concert at the Iowa State Fair Grandstand, Williams reportedly went on another anti-Obama rant that included calling the president a Muslim who hates America.
According to the Des Moines Register, after a performance of the song “We Don’t Apologize For America,” the crowd began chanting “USA! USA!” Williams responded with a smile and told the crowd that he was their mouth piece and said:
“We’ve got a Muslim president who hates farming, hates the military, hates the US and we hate him!”
The remark was reportedly met with enthusiastic, loud cheering.
As a result of his televised political remarks from last year, ESPN dropped Williams’ “Monday Night Football” theme song after 22 years. Since then, Williams has consistently been a vocal critic of President Obama and what he believes are his Muslim roots.
