The NCAA Tournament First Round quadruple-header in Sacramento concludes with a three-fourteen match-up between the UCLA Bruins and the Kent State Golden Flashes.
UCLA is, arguably, the most intriguing team in the Tournament. Electrifying freshman Lonzo Ball leads coach Steve Alford‘s team onto the court Friday night. The Bruins went a superb 29-4 in the PAC 12, but went down to Arizona in the conference tournament semifinals. North Carolina and Kentucky are likely to be waiting if the Bruins win two games in Sacramento this weekend. So they will need to bring their “A” game.
Kent State was a woeful 13-12 at one point. But the Golden Flashes finished the season by reeling off nine of 10. And they earned themselves a ticket into the big dance as a result. But can they keep up with an absurdly talented bunch from UCLA?
Tip-off is scheduled for approximately 10:00 p.m ET on TRUtv. The game can be streamed online free with a cable subscription via NCAA March Madness Live. It can also be streamed via the March Madness Live app, which can be downloaded from Apple’s App store or the Google Play store.
