The final game of the NCAA Tournament quadruple-header in Buffalo on Thursday features a Big 10-ACC showdown. It’s the Wisconsin Badgers vs. the Virginia Tech Hokies in an eight-nine East region First Round match-up.
Wisconsin went on a solid run in the Big 10 tournament, going all the way to the final before losing to Michigan. At 25-9, they had a strong season, and figure to be tough on Thursday night.
Virginia Tech finished in seventh in the mighty ACC this year at 22-10 overall. Their best form gives them a shot not only on Thursday night, but perhaps down the road. In February, they played a tight game against Louisville before ultimately going down.
Tip-off is scheduled for approximately 9:40 p.m ET on CBS. The game can be streamed online free with a cable subscription via NCAA March Madness Live. It can also be streamed via the March Madness Live app, which can be downloaded from Apple’s App store or the Google Play store.
