Tucker Carlson tonight faced off with Robert McElvaine for saying in a recent online post there is substantial evidence that Russia essentially stole the election for Donald Trump.

McElvaine said the emails clearly hurt public perceptions of Hillary Clinton, but Carlson pressed him for specific proof on how Russia stole the election.

McElvaine insisted that the Democrats’ emails and Podesta emails clearly influenced the election. Carlson still kept asking for specific evidence while McElvaine pointed to the small margins that Clinton lost by in three key states.

Carlson repeatedly asked him for specific evidence for his claim and they started to get into a heated back-and-forth.

Carlson finally told him, “You are saying irresponsible things, you’re misleading people. I’m cutting you off, because I gave you a chance and you refused to be real with me.”
