‘I’m Not Going to Tell You Anything’: Trump Refuses to Provide Response to Recent Russian Agression

During today’s combative press conference in which President Donald Trump announced his new Labor Secretary nominee, the president refused to answer a reporter’s question on how he would respond to recent aggressions by Russia.

After CBS’s Major Garrett brought up recent military actions taken by Russia, which Trump labeled all as “not good.”

However, in response to Garrett’s question about what the president’s response to these actions would be, Trump refused to give a direct answer. He stated that he assumed “Putin believes he can’t do a deal with me anymore,” blaming the current media and political environment in America as it relates to Russia.

Following some more obfuscation, Garrett directly asked if it can be concluded that there will be no response to Russia.

“I’m not going to tell you anything about what response I’m going to do,” Trump exclaimed.
