Jon Stewart Parodies Glenn Beck To Skewer News Corp’s $1 Million RGA Donation

Me thinks Jon Stewart is the latest person to develop a bit of a media crush on Glenn Beck. Beck has been popping up in Stewart’s biting news rundowns with more frequency, and last night figured largely into the show as Stewart used a long montage of Beck clipboard ‘follow the money’ [to Obama] moments as inspiration to follow News Corp’s $1million donation to the Republican Governors Association. And then he donned the glasses and brought out the chalkboard.

Stewart’s Beck impressions have been hit and miss in the past, but last night he stuck mostly to exaggerated body language to very funny results. Says Stewart after demonstrating the money goes straight from Fox News to the Republicans: “I really think if anything the Republicans should be paying Fox News millions and millions of dollars.” Ba dump.
