Kimberly Guilfoyle Says Trump Consulted With Her on Paris Withdrawal

Kimberly Guilfoyle had nothing but praise for President Donald Trump‘s much maligned decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord.

Turns out, it’s because she had a hand in it.

Thursday night on The Five, Guilfoyle casually let slip that Trump consulted with her on his decision.

“I think he did the brave and courageous thing,” Guilfoyle said. And then, ever so smoothly, she added, “I told him that this morning. When he called. At eight a.m.”

“Wait a second! Who called you?” said an audibly perplexed Greg Gutfeld.

“The President,” Guilfoyle said, matter-of-factly, as her Five castmates oohed and aahed at the revelation.

Trump apparently sought and took Guilfoyle’s advice while ignoring the pleas of two prominent members of White House advisory councils — Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and Disney CEO Robert Iger. Both men announced they were quitting those advisory positions over Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris accord.
