If you’ve been anywhere near a computer or TV today, you know the political media is all atwitter about a private meeting between Vice President Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren yesterday.
There’s a lot of buzz that the veep might get into the presidential race, and so the fact that he met with someone who progressives really wanted to run for president was enough to get the media frenzy up and running:

Biden-Warren isn't a bad ticket for the Dems. Key question: Did Obama know about this meeting ahead of time? http://t.co/MDbuIbmjP6

Biden-Warren ticket a lot stronger than Biden alone. My guess: they at least discussed it. https://t.co/WZ3hGGPXu6

Now, someone familiar with the discussion told CNN that “the presidential campaign or Biden’s future was not a particular focus of the discussion,” and they mostly stuck to policy.
Well, if they did, then all this speculation would just be utterly pointless…
