Limbaugh: Post-Obama, Best-Known Dem Leaders Are ‘Aging Dinosaurs’
Rush Limbaugh reflected on the midterms today with this observation: in the impeding post-Obama era, the faces of the Democratic Party aren’t young and vibrant, they’re “aging dinosaurs” who will cling to power for the next few election cycles.
Limbaugh said that leaving President Obama aside (seeing as how he’s a lame duck anyway) “the Democrats’ best-known leaders in Washington are almost entirely from an older generation,” and they’re not willing to cede their power to a younger generation of Democrats.
Limbaugh brought up Hillary Clinton and argued that the mere presumption that she will be their party’s nominee is “destroying the Democratic Party and keeping it old and dinosaurish.” And he used that word again, saying that “these aging dinosaurs stay in power” across the country.
