Make Foreign Goods Great Again: Most of Trump’s Favorite Stuff Isn’t Made in the USA
One of the biggest issues Donald Trump has faced in his quest to become the president is that he knows very, very little about foreign policy. Domestically, Trump claims to be brilliant. Much of what he talks about at the rallies that draw huge crowds is how eager he is to bring jobs back from Mexico and China to America. He’s full of opinions on jobs.
His 2004 book, Think Like a Billionaire: Everything You Need to Know About Success, Real Estate, and Life, however, painted a very different picture of the mogul who’s conquered the globe. In that book, according to Buzzfeed, the man details all of his favorite brands because, in his words, successful people “are not defined simply by the size of their holdings but also by the quality of their stuff.”
His favorite car brands are German (Mercedes) and Italian (Lamborghini and Ferrari). His suits, shirts, and ties are French (Brioni and Hermes).
If you want to know his favorite shampoo, you’ll have to click over to Buzzfeed’s article. I don’t want to ruin the surprise. Just remember that he does his hair himself.
