Trump lawyer Michael Cohen has publicly responded to a new report seriously calling into question one of his denials from last year.
The infamous dossier contained the allegation that Cohen traveled to Prague and met with Russian officials, but Cohen subsequently denied this, said he’s never been to Prague, and shared his passport as proof.
Last night, McClatchy dropped a pretty significant report that Robert Mueller apparently has evidence Cohen actually was in Prague:
[I]nvestigators have traced evidence that Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany, apparently during August or early September of 2016 as the ex-spy reported, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is confidential.
Cohen tweeted this morning calling it a “bad story”:
