MSNBC Guest Larry O’Connor: ‘Trump Never Loses When He Points Out Double Standards in the Media’
President Donald Trump and Ivanka Trump have come under criticism from some in the media and elsewhere after Ivanka sat in for her father during a session at the G-20 summit.
The criticism drew a sharp rebuke from the President on Twitter Monday morning.
When I left Conference Room for short meetings with Japan and other countries, I asked Ivanka to hold seat. Very standard. Angela M agrees!

If Chelsea Clinton were asked to hold the seat for her mother,as her mother gave our country away, the Fake News would say CHELSEA FOR PRES!

Appearing on MSNBC Monday, conservative pundit Larry O’Connor says Trump is playing a winning hand by going after the press in circumstances such as this.
“Donald Trump never loses when he points out the double standards in the media, and liberal critics,” O’Connor said. “And there was plenty of them. It was a benign moment when his daughter sat in his seat when they were discussing the world back women’s entrepreneurship initiative.”
Democratic strategist Lis Smith disagreed.
“Ivanka Trump is impressive in her own right, she’s sold a lot of shoes and dresses, written some books,” Smith said. “But she does not have that experience.”
“She sold a lot of shoes?” O’Connor said. “Just so you know, if I said “Ivanka’s great. She sold a lot of shoes,” I would be called sexist, all right? She’s done a whole lot more than that.”
