Mueller Reportedly Issues Subpoena to Another Roger Stone Aide

Earlier this week, news broke of Robert Mueller subpoenaing an associate of Roger Stone‘s.

It was revealed that Stone’s social media strategist Jason Sullivan received subpoenas from the special counsel’s office, and now, per Reuters, another person close to Stone has been subpoenaed too:

U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed a key assistant of long-time Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone, two people with knowledge of the matter said…

The subpoena was recently served on John Kakanis, 30, who has worked as a driver, accountant and operative for Stone.

Kakanis has been briefly questioned by the FBI on the topics of possible Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, the WikiLeaks website, its founder Julian Assange, and the hacker or hackers who call themselves Guccifer 2.0, one of the people with knowledge of the matter said.

Last night on Fox News, in talking about the Mueller investigation, Stone said, “I testified fully and truthfully to the House Intelligence Committee.”

Stone has repeatedly denied there was any collusion.
