Multiple reports tonight are saying that the suspect in the New York City terror attack left behind a note that referenced an allegiance to ISIS:

And The New York Times is reporting tonight, “Two law enforcement officials said that investigators discovered handwritten notes in Arabic near the truck that indicated allegiance to ISIS.”
The suspect in the terror attack that left 8 dead and more injured has been identified by multiple news outlets as Sayfullo Saipov.
