On Moving to Canada, Whoopi Told Trump, ‘I’m Not Going Anywhere, Honey!’
Yesterday, Donald Trump responded to Lena Dunham‘s statements about moving to Canada if he is elected. For some reason, he also dragged Whoopi Goldberg into the mix, saying, “I heard Whoopi Goldberg said that too. That would be a great, great thing for our country.”
Well, she hit back on the View today, speaking directly to him.
“Now, let me be clear, Don,” she began before reading the exact transcripts of what she said on January 20, 2016 and March 1, 2016.
“From time to time, people piss me off and I think, ‘Maybe I shouldn’t be pissed off.’ But you know what? I’m not going anywhere, Honey! This is my country.”
She went on to say she figured that Trump must miss her a lot to keep bringing her up for no reason.
“I can’t help but see you so, hiiiiii babe!” she purred to the camera as she waved. Sly, Goldberg. Sly.
