As New York Congressman Peter King (R) navigated the press room after the Monday night’s debate at Hofstra University, he offered praise for Donald Trump and said that Hillary Clinton is the one who ought to be worried for the next debate.
It is debatable whether Trump had the best night of his campaign this evening, considering how he got caught between fudging the truth and picking fights with Clinton and moderator Lestor Holt. King was attending the debate as a Trump supporter, and Mediaite’s JD Durkin asked him “what do you think Donald Trump’s got to do to improve between now and [the next debate at] St. Louis.”
“I thought he did very well tonight, nothing to improve,” King said. “I think Hillary Clinton’s got to improve.”

From there, King went after Clinton on a myriad of issues. When asked what was Trump’s strongest moment of the night, King referred to his tough exchange with Clinton on trade.
