Sen. Mazie Hirono Says ‘Bullsh*t’ Live on MSNBC While Ranting on Trump Over Possible Shutdown

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) is so upset over the prospect of a government shutdown that she moved to drop a swear word live on MSNBC Thursday night.

Speaking with Chris Hayes on All In, the Hawaii Senator dropped the profanity while ranting about President Donald Trump — to whom she is assigning full blame, should the government shut down on Friday at midnight.

“It is very true that he will bring on the shutdown, and he has to take responsibility for it,” Hirono said. “Any effort on his part to blame the Democrats will be such bullshit that, as I said before, I would hardly be able to stand it.”

Hirono has a penchant for dropping foul language on television. During the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation fight, Hirono blasted Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) for his claim that he did everything he could to reach out to Christine Blasey Ford ahead of her Senate testimony.

“That is such bullshit I can hardly stand it,” Hirono said on ABC.
