Retired NFL Lineman Kyle Turley: ‘Donald Trump is the Poster Boy for Alzheimer’s Disease’

Retired NFL offensive lineman Kyle Turley — who’s now an advocate for medical marijuana for ex-football players to treat mental health issues — said that he believes President Donald Trump is suffering from a degenerative brain disease.

Awful Announcing shared this clip from ESPN’s Outside The Lines Thursday, in which Turley shared his opinion that Trump has early onset Alzheimer’s

“Donald Trump is the poster boy for Alzheimer’s disease,” Turley said. “He has early onset of Alzheimer’s disease. And it is starting to show.”

“We don’t know that,” host Bob Ley said.

“I know that,” Turley responded.

Turley’s statement came as part of a discussion over Trump’s comments about NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, in which he called Goodell “a dope,” among other things.

“(H)is decisions and the way he talks and the way he speaks is not presidential,” Turley said. “And I want more than anything for him to do that.”
