Beck brought up how conservatives didn’t listen to liberals about potential executive abuses under George W. Bush and how the paradigm shifted under President Obama.
Bee said it’s important to “redraw the lines” and “form alliances in a different way now” that goes beyond mere left versus right.
Bee said that it’s not enough to just listen to each other, but to find the right “action moment.” She also acknowledged the difficulty of getting different ideas into someone’s political bubble, especially with the rise of fake news.
