Syrian Rebels Kill 100 Evacuees With Car Bomb Disguised as Humanitarian Relief

A volunteer rescue agency has said that about 100 pro-regime refugees were killed by car bomb while attempting to evacuate Syria’s war-torn cities. These evacuees were largely from Shia cities Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya.
The White Helmets report that the blast took place in Rashidin, a suburb of Aleppo in northwestern Syria. A rebel-regime swap was taking place, according to CNN. They also report that, per the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency, the vehicle rigged with bombs contained children’s food supplies and some believe that might have been to disguise it.
