Thirteen People Injured After Shocking Food Truck Explosion

A Philadelphia neighborhood was rocked yesterday after a horrible food truck explosion that left thirteen people injured, two of them critically so. Olga Galdamez and her daughter Jaylin Landaverry were working in the food truck when a propane tank exploded.

Witnesses said parts of the truck and the propane tank went flying, and it felt like an earthquake. One woman who was sent to the hospital had first degree burns on her left side as a result.

Another eyewitness said, “I was walking and I literally like missed a step, one foot to another. It rocked me.” Police confirmed the propane tank was the cause of the explosion. Both Galdamez and her daughter are currently in critical condition at the hospital.
