Well, we’ve reached peak New Orleans, and also probably peak life. Arnaud’s Frensh 75 Bar, a popular spot in NOLA is now home to a vending machine that, instead of Doritos and Gatorade, dispenses mini bottles of Moët and Chandon champagne.
Each bottle costs $20 and the machine only takes special coins that you have to purchase at the bar. It’s worth noting, as Eater points out, that this bar does specialize in champagne cocktails. But, this is New Orleans we’re talking about, so you should probably just get one of each.
We have a BIG announcement for all of you champagne lovers! Arnaud’s patrons will be the first to experience a one-of-a-kind champagne vending machine, as part of a partnership with @moetusa. The machine will be stocked with mini bottles of the champagne maker’s Imperial Brut. To make a purchase, guests can acquire @moetchandon branded gold coins available for $20 at The French 75 Bar. The machine carefully dispenses each bottle without shaking them. Each mini bottle comes with a branded-spout for guests to drink immediately and directly from the bottle. *Limited time only* April 13th-April 16th!
The machine will only be around for a limited time, so if you need to check it out for yourself, get there April 13-16.
