This afternoon, President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team announced that it was adding new members to its executive committee and staff leadership positions. And one name should be familiar to those who watched Trump on his reality series The Apprentice.
Omarosa Manigault, who worked on the campaign as Trump’s director of African-American outreach, was placed on the executive committee today, along with eight others.
Omarosa appeared on seasons of The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice, as well as other reality shows and TV programs over the years.
Manigault made news recently by stating that Trump was “keeping a list,” saying Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) would be on it for publicly admitting he voted for Evan McMullin. She also claimed that detractors of Trump would have to “bow down” to him.
Besides adding nine new members to the executive committee, Bryan Lanza was added to leadership as Deputy Communications Director.
