Trump Tweets: If Obama Admin Didn’t Act on Russia, ‘Focus on Them, Not T!’

President Trump tweeted this afternoon that given the Washington Post report yesterday about President Obama‘s actions on Russian hacking, the focus should be on them and not him.

After saying for months and months all the Russia talk was a big “hoax,” Trump has jumped on the news of Russian interference now that it’s putting the Obama administration in a critical light.

The big WaPo exposé yesterday reveals a lot about what the U.S. government learned on Russian hacking, including Vladimir Putin‘s “direct involvement,” and also how the Obama administration hesitated:

[O]ther administration officials look back on the Russia period with remorse.

“It is the hardest thing about my entire time in government to defend,” said a former senior Obama administration official involved in White House deliberations on Russia. “I feel like we sort of choked.”

So, naturally, there’s a lot of questions being raised about whether the Obama administration did enough.

Trump wondered on Fox News yesterday why his predecessor didn’t take more action, and today he tweeted out the following:

“T” is presumably a reference to himself. He recently referred to Hillary Clinton on Twitter as “Crooked H.”

And he wasn’t done there:
