Twitter Points and Laughs at Bill O’Reilly for Claiming Jared Kushner Looks Too Young to Collude with Russia

Conservative commentator Bill O’Reilly tweeted a backhanded defense Monday that said Jared Kushner “looks like a high school senior” as a reason why it’s impossible to believe “he’s fixing elections with Putin.”

What started as an insult to the White House senior advised turned around as a defense for Kushner. Kushner has been a hot topic because of the 11 page statement he released early Monday morning to say that he did not collude with Russia during the campaign, despite attending the infamous meeting between Don Jr., a Russian lawyer, and others. His statement came before he was interviewed for two hours by the Senate Intelligence Committee and afterwards appeared before press to publicly say “Let me be very clear: I did not collude with Russia.”

O’Reilly has always been big on appearances, and back in 2010 told Marc Lamont Hill, an African American Columbia University professor, who was a guest on his show, that “you actually look like a cocaine dealer.”

Almost 2,000 Twitter users have already reacted to O’Reilly’s tweet, pointing out the flaws in his logic.

Mediaite’s very own writer Aidan McLaughlin and Managing Editor Colby Hall weighed in.

Looks like O’Reilly needs to go back to tweeting about his dog.
