Glenn Beck was also tuned into last night’s debate in Virginia, and he’s making it clear that he’s just as unimpressed with America’s vice-presidential candidates as he is with its presidential candidates.
As the dust began to settle, Beck took to Facebook on Tuesday night to talk about how “there just isn’t an honest man or women anywhere near this election.” The conservative radio host started with Tim Kaine, whom he compared to “one of those little yappy dogs” over the senator’s repeated interruptions and barrage of attacks.
Of course, Beck is still #NeverTrump, so his ire quickly turned to Mike Pence for denying the truth of Donald Trump‘s inflammatory statements. Beck was also not buying Pence’s argument that the Trump campaign isn’t built on a foundation of insults.
You WON tonight. You really did well keeping your cool but … really?”
Beck went on to say that Pence had multiple defenses to choose from at the debate, but the Indiana governor chose to “lie” to his supporters instead of using a more acceptable option.
“Surely you not any of your supporters care, but I have at least always thought you were honorable,” said Beck. “We are living in a fact free world and it is sad when a man like Mike Pence falls so low.”
